The inaugural Luxury Travel Exchange International (LTX) is an invitation-only event designed to bring luxury travel advisors together with luxury and premium travel suppliers in an exclusive, interactive format. LTX will debut November 27 - 29 at The Palazzo® Las Vegas, one of the world’s most luxurious resort and convention destinations and the largest property in the United States to receive AAA’s Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide’s Four Star awards.

The event evolves from and replaces Luxury Travel Expo, the industry’s largest gathering of luxury travel advisors in North America, and its traditional tradeshow format. Positions are by invitation only and the application process will open soon.

Participating in Luxury Travel Exchange International allows advisors to expand the genre of products and services they seek for their most discerning clients.

LTX delegates will be selected based on buying power and category of bookings will be recorded and tracked by an industry-exclusive data collection system. Positions are extremely limited and by invitation only!

Participating in Luxury Travel Exchange International gives luxury suppliers direct access to pre-qualified, top producing advisors who are vetted to ensure strategic business exchanges are achieved.

Suppliers are sought from leading global chains, destinations, hotels & resorts, villas, river & cruise lines, private jet charters, rail lines, safari, game lodges, consortia and more. Prime positioning is available and extremely limited!

All participating suppliers will benefit from:

  • Strategic one-to-one appointments with vetted advisors to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Pre-scheduled meetings utilizing proprietary technology that will produce focused and productive meetings.
